Each MMM run costs 50 AI credits, so your included 300 covers six full model runs every month. Dedicated MMM agencies charge £5,000–£50,000 per project. Run PyMC, Meridian and Robyn as often as you like.

Straight answers

What exactly does £199 include? ＋

Everything. Every module (analytics, attribution, MMM, forecasting, returns, inventory, range planning, AI Studio and more), 3 seats, 300 AI credits a month, and all six Digital Workers. There is no higher tier with features held back.

What counts as a seat? ＋

A seat is one user login. Three are included; extra seats are £25/month each, and you can add or remove teammates any time. On annual billing, extra seats are pro-rated for the remainder of the year.

What do AI credits pay for? ＋

Credits are consumed by AI features — Toby chat, AI Studio image and video generation, MMM model runs (50 credits each), and Digital Worker tasks. Your plan includes 300 a month; heavy users buy one-off top-ups. Included credits reset monthly and don't roll over; top-up credits are used after your allowance.

Is there really no card required for the trial? ＋

Correct. The 14-day free trial includes 25 AI credits and needs no credit card. You only add billing details when you decide to continue.

Do prices include VAT? ＋

All prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Can I connect more than one store? ＋

Yes — multi-brand and multi-store are included, with data aggregated across stores and per-store filtering on all reports.
